The project
The corporate park is planned to have seven buildings adding up to 100 k m2 of office space.
These buildings are part of a major complex which includes an amazing housing project already under way. It is the condominium with the highest percent of green area and includes a canal and a river.
The first building has four floors and mixed uses: commercial area in the ground floor, medical center in the second floor, and free trade zone offices in the 3rd and 4th floors.
In total, this building will have 3.600m2 of office space.
